<p>Practice a yoga class once or twice a week, practice at home, learn to meditate or keep your regular mediation and home practice up. Let us guide you to reach your goals this 2017!</p>
<p>It&#8217;s so simple, you just &#8220;have to do it&#8221;. Make a commitment to yourself and stick with it. Through your practive of yoga you can be strong, healthy and happy.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The yoga taught at Pottsville Beach Yoga Studio is a mixture of Purna yoga, a Sanskrit word meaning “complete”, “integrated” or  “full” and Prana Vinyasa flow yoga a practice with no beginning and no end, the way you move, the way you breathe, the way you live every moment.</p>
<p>We seek to integrate all 8 limbs of yoga the way it was originally taught, more than 3000 years ago in India. Yoga asanas, or postures, are just one of these limbs. Equally important are the other limbs such as meditation and pranayama control of the breath.</p>
<p>Prana Vinyasa Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying water like flow through the body. This rare fusion between the 8 limbs of Purna yoga, and Prana vinyasa flow of spontaneous movements increase  flexibility and creativity. The yoga practice is a way to move body parts into wholeness, embracing  and rejuvenating rhythms. The slower flows in the practice relieve stress or are a joyous approach to dynamic stretching to transform stress into action.</p>
<p>Pottsville Beach Yoga Studio offers a holistic approach to enhance physical, mental and emotional wellbeing while providing relaxation, flexibility and strength.</p>

Both have a degrees in human movement as well as yoga teacher certifications. Pottsville beach yoga studio is boutique style within a garden setting with no more than 12 per class. Angela and Leia devote time and attention to each students individual needs.</p>
<p>At 5, I started my yoga journey as I tagged along with my mum to her yoga classes,(The seed having been planted grew slowly into a tree). At twenty I started doing Iyenga classes in Amsterdam. From there via India, Nepal, Sri-Lanka and the Maldives to Byron bay I practiced and learnt. In Byron Bay I practised yoga daily and attended Southern Cross University to study Exercise Science and Physiology.  After graduating I attended many yoga courses and workshops. Level 1 with Purna Byron yoga centre, Rainbow kids yoga in Byron and Shiva Rea Vinyasa flow yoga in Colorado USA. I specialise myself as a Yoga exercise physiologist.</p>
<p>Today I teach classes at my studio in Pottsville beach. With my husband we look  after our 2 school age children and our dog Charlie. I attend as many workshops and yoga courses as is practical to keep growing, learning, moving and specialising. Everyday immersing myself deeper and deeper into the practice of yoga.</p>
