At Pottsville yoga studio the teachers kerri, Cameron and Angela are passionate about their yoga, asana, breath and meditation. Angela has a degree in human movement as well as Yoga Australia level 2 yoga teacher certifications. Pottsville beach yoga studio is boutique style within a garden setting with no more than 12 per class. Angela, Kerri and Cameron devote time and attention to each students individual needs.

At 5, I started my yoga journey as I tagged along with my mum to her yoga classes, (The seed having been planted grew slowly into a tree). At twenty I started doing Iyenga classes in Amsterdam. From there via India, Nepal, Sri-Lanka and the Maldives to Byron bay I practiced and learnt. In Byron Bay I practised yoga daily with Flo Flenton and attended Southern Cross university to study Exercise Science and Physiology. After graduating I attended many yoga courses and workshops. Level 1 & 2 with Purna Byron yoga center, Rainbow kids yoga in Byron and Shiva Rea Vinyasa flow yoga in Colorado USA. Every term I go to yoga work-shops with advanced yoga teacher trainers to stay motivated and fresh eg Flow Fenton, John Ogilvie and Ruth Campbell. I specialiseed myself as a Yoga exercise physiologist with Simon Borg- Olivier and Bianca Matchlis in 2015 and became a Level 2 YogaAustralia Teacher in 2016. attended an intensive 5 day workshop with Donna Farhi in November 2017. My plans for the future- is to do my masters degree in exercise physiology starting in 2019!
Today I teach classes at my studio in Pottsville beach. With my husband we look after our 2 school age children and our dog Maggie. Alway attend as many workshops and yoga courses as is practical to keep growing, learning, moving and specialising. Everyday immersing myself deeper and deeper into the practice of yoga.

Kerri also teaches Restorative Yoga at 6pm on a Wednesday night. Ballancing, relaxation, reiki plus head/shoulder massage.
Friday morning at 9.30 kerri teaches a Flowing Vinyasa class.
Cameron is a Level 1 Yoga teacher, human factors facilitator specialising in communication in high stress environments and an airline pilot with a major Australian airline. He guides yoga, meditation & philosophy.
